1. Payment Options
Ark Prep offers a range of payment methods so you can choose what works best for you.

Financing partners: Shop Pay Financing and Affirm Financing.
Eligibility: You must be 18 or older, reside in the United States, and pay in USD. A U.S. shipping address is required for Shop Pay Installments. Credit scores are not impacted for Pay-in-4 bi-weekly payments. Monthly payment plans may be reported to credit bureaus.
Important: Payment options through Shop Pay Installments and Affirm are subject to eligibility checks and are provided by their lending partners (see affirm.com/lenders). Options depend on purchase amount; a down payment may be required. Not available in all states. 2. Price Match Policy
Ark Prep works hard to offer competitive prices. If you find a lower price on the same item from another online store, we will match it—or beat it by $50 on products listed over $2,000—subject to the conditions below.
To be eligible:
- You must purchase the item from Ark Prep before requesting a price match.
- Provide clear proof of the lower price (screenshot, invoice, email, etc.).
- The competitor must be an authorized online retailer of the product (no retail-store-only sellers, discounters, or auction sites such as eBay or Overstock).
- The item must be in stock on the competitor’s website.
- The match covers item price and shipping charges only; sales tax is excluded.
- Promotions such as rebates, BOGO offers, and special once-a-year events (e.g., Black Friday / Cyber Monday) are not eligible.
Note: Price matches are limited by cost considerations. If matching would result in a loss, Ark Prep reserves the right to decline. Certain exceptions may apply.
3. Order Processing & Confirmation
Most orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 5–8 business days. Processing times can vary by brand—please check the product page for any brand-specific notes.
Order Confirmation
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. This confirms we have received your order and pre-authorized your payment method. We then check availability with our suppliers. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and contact you by email. If the item is available for shipment within approximately 5 business days, we will process the charge and submit the order for shipment.
Order Shipment
Once charged, in-stock orders typically ship within five business days. Tracking information is sent to the email address you provided within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you have not received tracking within six business days, please email support@arkprepstore.com.
Shipping destination: We do not ship outside the United States, except in limited cases where the website allows a non-U.S. address at checkout (certain products may be available in Canada).
4. Shipping Policy
We use fully tracked carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Options:
Shipping rates for U.S. orders
Standard shipping is $8, with free Standard shipping on orders of $70 or more. Express shipping is $15.
Available shipping options and the final shipping charge are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Selecting Express shipping does not shorten order processing time.
Curbside, threshold, and white-glove delivery are not promised as part of these rates. Any product-specific delivery services and costs must be disclosed before purchase.
Estimated Transit Times
Most orders ship within 5–8 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–12 business days (overall estimated delivery window: 7–20 business days). Times vary by brand, product type, and whether the item is made to order.
All shipping times are estimates only and are not guarantees. They are based on information from suppliers and carriers and may change without notice due to supply-chain, manufacturing, or logistics factors outside Ark Prep’s control.
Changing Your Shipping Address
If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the address, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Delays should be expected. Any additional fees charged by the carrier for the address change are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds
We aim to make the process as straightforward as possible while accounting for the realities of freight shipping and manufacturer policies.
Cancellations Before Shipment
You may cancel most orders free of charge before they leave the warehouse. Contact us as soon as possible by phone (847) 920-7938 during business hours, live chat, or email support@arkprepstore.com.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded once ordered. These items are built specifically for your order. All sales are final. If you are unsure whether a product is custom or made-to-order, please contact us before purchasing.
Returns After Shipment
Important customer responsibilities:
- Return shipping costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges and any reconsignment fees caused by customer request or error, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- 20% restocking / cancellation fee: Due to high LTL/freight shipping costs, outright returns after shipment incur a 20% restocking fee plus return shipping costs. If you are exchanging for another product, we may be able to reduce or waive part of these costs depending on the item.
- Products should be returned unopened and unused when possible. Additional fees may apply if the item has been opened or used.
- Customers generally have 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate a return. However, brand-specific return policies shown on the product page take precedence over this general 14-day window.
Not all products can be returned once shipped. We source many items directly from manufacturers; if the manufacturer does not accept returns, we cannot offer a return. Please contact us for product- or brand-specific guidance.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the order.
BOGO Promotions
In a Buy-One-Get-One promotion, both items must be returned for a full refund. If only one item is returned, you will receive a replacement of that item or store credit equal to the standalone value of the returned item. If the order has already shipped, the customer is responsible for actual return shipping charges and any applicable restocking fee.
6. Damages & Claims
Please inspect the packaging upon delivery. Note any visible damage when signing for the shipment and take clear photos.
If your item arrives damaged:
- Email photos of the damage, the outer box, and the product SKU, along with a brief description, to support@arkprepstore.com.
- Freight damage claims require photos and videos within 24 hours of delivery. Visible exterior damage or punctures must also be reported within 24 hours. Claims submitted after this window may not be valid.
We will file an insurance claim on your behalf when the documentation is received promptly.
7. Warranty
Warranties are provided by the manufacturer and vary by product. Please see the individual product page for specific warranty details.
Warranty coverage applies to issues that develop over time with normal use. Damage present upon arrival that is not reported within the required window (generally 30 days, or 24 hours for freight damage) is not treated as a warranty claim.
8. What Happens If My Order Is Delayed?
Shipping and production delays can occur for reasons outside Ark Prep’s control (manufacturer backlogs, carrier capacity, supply-chain issues, etc.). We understand this can be frustrating.
If your order is delayed:
- Contact us at support@arkprepstore.com or (847) 920-7938. We will check status with the supplier or carrier and give you the latest information we have.
- Estimated dates on product pages are not guarantees. We will keep you informed as new information becomes available.
- If you choose to cancel because of a delay after the order has shipped or significant costs have already been incurred, you may still be responsible for shipping, storage, or related fees.
We appreciate your patience and will always work with you in good faith to find a reasonable resolution.
9. Chargebacks

Chargebacks should be used only as a last resort after you have given us a reasonable opportunity to address the problem. Filing a chargeback for a delay in shipping, or for an issue we are actively working to resolve, can complicate and slow the process for everyone.
Fraudulent chargebacks (claims that deliberately misrepresent the facts) may be contested and, in clear cases of fraud, may be referred to the appropriate authorities. We prefer to resolve legitimate concerns directly and amicably.
